Requirements
- Only applicable if the product ships a real Firefox extension/theme — this is a browser add-on store, not a web-app directory
- Extension must be packaged as a zip/xpi and pass Mozilla's automated validation and signing

Workflow
- Register/sign in to the AMO Developer Hub at addons.mozilla.org with a Firefox Account
- Choose 'Submit a New Add-on' and pick On this site (listed) vs self-distribution
- Upload the packaged add-on; wait for automated validation/signing checks
- Fill the listing metadata (name, summary, description, categories, screenshots, support links)
- Submit for review; fix any reviewer-reported policy issues
- After approval the public AMO listing page goes live
Watch for
- Manual review required for listed add-ons — obfuscated or bundled third-party code triggers source-code requests
- Requesting broad/unnecessary permissions slows review; justify permissions in review notes
- A rejected submission can leave the add-on signed-but-unlisted; check Developer Hub status, not just the upload receipt
- AMO outbound links are nofollow — treat this as a distribution channel, not an SEO link
