Option 2 — Premium: adds a written review on the blog, 1-month homepage feature, promotion to ~70K Twitter followers

Payment method — Stripe or PayPal (Visa/Mastercard/Amex accepted)
For the premium tier: material for a full written review (story, differentiators, screenshots)

Prices are not printed on the page — shown during/after the form
Page contains typos ('It takes time, money, and effort to punish and maintain listings') — small-operator site; keep records of payment and promised deliverables
A separate 'Submit Your Startup Story' (/success-story/) route exists for founder stories
