Behance
Free route community
Researched from public pages — no submission was run · sources read 2026-09-26. Rules change — recheck the platform's own pages before submitting.
Requirements
- Behance is free — 'no restrictions on the number of projects a member can create' and no upload limits (per Behance Helpcenter)
- Projects must be original creative work — the community is for showcasing creative process, not generic link dumps
- To publish: project needs content plus the required Settings fields — Cover Image, Project Title, and Creative Fields
- Project must not be set to private to appear publicly
Prepare before opening the form
- Behance account (Adobe ID)
- Project assets: images, videos, embedded media, or text arranged as a case-study-style project
- Cover image, project title, creative field selection, and (recommended) tags and tools used
- A SaaS launch fits only if framed as design/product work — e.g. UI case study, brand identity, product design process
Workflow
- Log in to your Behance profile
- Click 'Share Your Work' at the top of the page and select Project
- Add content via the Add Content panel (upload files, embed media, add text, or import from Lightroom); reorder as needed
- Click Continue, then upload/select a Cover Image, enter a Project Title, select Creative Fields, and add Project Tags
- Optionally set co-owners, credits, copyright/license, and adult-content flag
- Click Publish (Save keeps it as a draft)
- Promote the published project URL to social channels via the Promote option on the project
Watch for
- Publish fails silently if required fields are missing — empty Content or missing Creative Fields blocks publishing
- A project marked private never appears publicly — check Privacy Options if the project seems invisible
- This is a portfolio community: a plain 'we launched a SaaS' post without design work reads as spam
- Each project gets a unique URL plus View/Appreciation counters — those metrics are the traction signal
What counts as live
The project is published (not a draft, not private) and reachable at its public behance.net/gallery/... URL with View/Appreciation counters
