Free route review
Researched from public pages — no submission was run · sources read 2026-09-26. Rules change — recheck the platform's own pages before submitting.
Requirements
- Clutch lists B2B companies that provide services to other businesses (development, IT services, design, marketing, business services) — a pure product/SaaS without a services arm is a weak fit
- Profile requires a verifiable business: company name, tagline, employee count, minimum project size, average hourly rate, website URL, location(s), contact info, company overview, service focus
- Sign-in is via LinkedIn, Google, or a company email address
- Clutch reviews the submitted website and online presence before publishing — the profile goes to their team for review, not instant live
Prepare before opening the form
- Confirm the company qualifies as a B2B service provider; product-only companies should skip or position the services/implementation arm
- Company details: employee count band, minimum project size, hourly rate, locations, contact email
- A company overview paragraph and service-focus breakdown
- Client references ready to submit for first reviews (vendor.clutch.co/vendor/reference/create) — reviews are the ranking currency
Workflow
- Open https://clutch.co/get-listed
- Select a Profile Offering — Basic (free), Verified, or Advertiser
- Sign in with LinkedIn, Google, or company email
- Complete the company profile fields (name, tagline, size, rates, locations, overview, service focus)
- Submit — profile goes to Clutch's team for review and publishing
- After publishing, submit client references to collect verified reviews
- If a profile already exists unclaimed, use the 'Claim Profile' button on it instead of creating a duplicate
Watch for
- Profile tiers at step 1 include paid Verified and Advertiser offerings — the free Basic tier is selectable
- Some profile fields (social links, featured reviews, custom/tracking URLs) are locked behind Clutch Verified or paid products — they show a lock icon in the profile editor
- Seed data says link=nofollow — free Basic profile links should be treated as nofollow
- Do not create a second profile if the company is already listed; claim it instead
- clutch.co pages return 403 to non-browser fetchers; the help center (help.clutch.co) is readable
What counts as live
The company profile is publicly reachable on clutch.co/profile/<slug> (not 'Unclaimed'/draft) and appears in its category directory pages
Not verified
- Review turnaround time for a new Basic profile
- Whether the Basic-tier website URL field renders a nofollow link in all cases
- Whether a SaaS-only vendor with no services passes Clutch's B2B-services review
