Conditional free route directory

Researched from public pages — no submission was run · sources read 2026-09-26. Rules change — recheck the platform's own pages before submitting.

What the free route requires

  • Adding/claiming a business is free ('There is no charge') but requires a registered account
  • It is a local-business yellow-pages directory — the listing needs a real business with an address/phone; a purely online SaaS without a local presence is a marginal fit
  • Many businesses are already listed from data feeds — claim the existing listing instead of creating a duplicate

Requirements

  • Cybo account (free)
  • Real business details: name, address, phone, category, website
  • If a listing already exists and is unclaimed, claim it via the listing page check-mark icon or the Edit Business button; if it was claimed by another account, contact [email protected]

Prepare before opening the form

  • Search cybo.com for the business first (data-feed listings are common)
  • Consistent NAP: business name, address, phone
  • Website URL and business category
  • Email for the free account

Workflow

  1. Register a free account at cybo.com/register
  2. Search for the business; if found unclaimed, use the check-mark 'claim' icon or 'Edit Business' on the listing page
  3. If not found, use cybo.com/add-business to create the listing
  4. Accept the Terms & Conditions step to submit
  5. Verify the public listing page is live with the correct details

Watch for

  • cybo.com and its Zendesk support site 403 automated fetches — use a browser
  • Duplicate/feed-sourced listings are common — check carefully before adding a new one
  • US/local-business orientation; global online-only products may look out of place
  • Claimed-by-another-account conflicts require a manual support ticket

What counts as live

The business listing page on cybo.com is publicly viewable and shows as claimed/associated with the account, with correct NAP and website link

Not verified

  • Whether listing website links are dofollow
  • Review/verification step for new business adds
  • Whether online-only businesses are accepted or removed
