Free route review

Researched from public pages — no submission was run · sources read 2026-09-26. Rules change — recheck the platform's own pages before submitting.

Requirements

  • Software product that fits a B2B software category (directory covers 300+ categories)
  • Vendor account on findstack.com — signup with professional email (or Google) is the gate before the product submission form
  • Revenue model is vendor-funded (leads, deals, premium listings) but basic listing is free — 'We include every vendor in our listings, not just those who compensate us'

Prepare before opening the form

  • Professional email for the vendor account
  • Product name, URL, category fit, description, pricing details, feature list, integrations
  • Logo and screenshots for the profile
  • For a Deal listing instead: contact via /about#contact

Workflow

  1. Open https://findstack.com/get-listed and create the vendor account (professional email or Google)
  2. Submit product details via the listing form after signup (or claim the listing if the product already exists in the catalog)
  3. Wait for Findstack review/publication — the listing publishes as a product page plus structured data/Markdown (the catalog is machine-readable via public API and MCP)
  4. Optionally pursue a Deal listing by contacting them separately

Watch for

  • The /get-listed page looks like a generic signup — it is the vendor gate; the product form comes after account creation
  • Premium listing upsell exists (enhanced profile media, contact options) — not required for the basic listing
  • Listings publish as structured data and Markdown readable by AI assistants — copy should be factual, not hype
  • Premium membership $49/yr mentioned in the FAQ is for BUYERS of deals, not vendors — don't confuse the two

What counts as live

The product page is publicly reachable at findstack.com/products/<slug> or appears via the public API /api/v1/products search

Not verified

  • Exact review turnaround after submission
  • Whether the vendor signup leads directly to a product form or a claim-existing-listing flow first
  • Link treatment (dofollow/nofollow) on live product pages
