Workflow

  2. Fill Your Name, Tool Name, Tool URL, Short Description, Category, Pricing, Your Email.
  3. Optionally tick the Future Tools newsletter opt-in (optional checkbox).
  4. Solve the CAPTCHA and hit Submit Tool.
  5. Wait for manual review — Matt Wolfe curates the database personally.

Watch for

  • CAPTCHA gate blocks pure-API submission — needs a browser.
  • It's a one-person editorial review — no published SLA; curation is selective, not a guaranteed listing.
  • Newsletter opt-in is a checkbox beside submit — optional, verify its state before sending.
  • No badge, account, or payment requirement — genuinely free.

What counts as live

The tool appears under futuretools.io/tools (and 'Newly Added Tools') with a listing card linking to the tool URL.

Not verified

  • Review turnaround time (not published).
  • Acceptance criteria beyond editor discretion.
