Requirements

  • Free registration for 'builders' at /register (email/password or magic link)
  • A launch = name, tagline, description, URL, logo, screenshots, category, launch date — submitted via the authenticated /create wizard
  • Community-run ranking: 'No paid placement and no promoted slots' — position comes from upvotes (per their site copy)
  • Scheduled launches are publicly viewable immediately with a countdown and go live 12:00 AM UTC on the launch date

Prepare before opening the form

  • Account (email for /register)
  • Product name, tagline, description, URL, logo, screenshots, category
  • A launch date — scheduling gets a T-24h reminder email plus a launch-day email and 'Launching Today' rail placement
  • Builder profile basics (bio, avatar, social links) — public profile at /@username feeds the Top Astronauts leaderboard

Workflow

  1. Register free at https://greenrocket.app/register
  2. Open /create and fill the launch wizard (autosaves drafts for 14 days)
  3. Pick a launch date — the launch goes live at 12:00 AM UTC that day; scheduled pages are publicly viewable beforehand with a countdown
  4. Engage on launch day: reply to discussions, share via the multi-platform share menu
  5. Track views/clicks/shares/bookmarks at /launch/stats/:slug

Watch for

  • Upvote-driven ranking means a dead launch day = dead listing — coordinate supporters for launch-day votes
  • Sponsor slots exist (/sponsors-ad, Stripe) but site copy says launches themselves are not pay-for-placement — don't pay expecting ranking
  • A Peerlist import exists (/peerlist) if your product is already on Peerlist — syncs projects + screenshot galleries
  • Cross-platform sync can push the launch to SoloStack.Space
  • SPA — forms require a JS-capable flow

What counts as live

A public launch page at greenrocket.app/launch/<slug> exists (countdown if scheduled, LIVE NOW on launch day) and the launch appears on the /launches feed

Not verified

  • Whether outbound links are dofollow (search snippets claim 'real dofollow backlink' — unverified firsthand)
  • Community size / expected upvote counts
  • Moderation rules for what counts as a launch
