What the free route requires

  • Submission is free but requires Google sign-in and passes an admin review
  • Chart visibility is merit-gated: only projects with Flambo AI score ≥7.0 plus community votes make the weekly Top 100; ~1,000 projects compete for 100 slots
  • A $19 paid tier exists for extra discovery — their copy says it buys discovery, not ranking

Requirements

  • Google account sign-in (the SUBMIT button does nothing signed out; /submit bounces back to the chart)
  • AI-built project fit — the form asks which model, which coding agent/IDE, and which stack/hosting built it
  • Required: who-is-submitting dropdown (founder/team, on behalf of founder, community member, or 'agent or automated submission' — agents are explicitly allowed but must be declared), title ≤100 chars, summary ≤200 chars, security-best-practices confirmation tick
  • Optional: thumbnail (PNG/JPEG), stage dropdown, GitHub/website/X/LinkedIn links, up-to-2 picks each for model, IDE/agent, hosting

Prepare before opening the form

  • A ≤100-char title and ≤200-char summary
  • Your honest builder stack: model/provider, IDE/coding agent, hosting (the chart's differentiator)
  • Thumbnail image
  • Google account
  • If submitting via an agent: declare it in the role dropdown — honesty is a form field

Workflow

  1. Sign in with Google on hot100.ai
  2. Open /submit and declare who is submitting
  3. Fill title, URL, summary, builder-stack pickers, thumbnail, stage, links, security tick
  4. Submit → redirects to a builder project page showing 'Awaiting Review'
  5. On admin approval: 7 days in the Launchpad collecting votes → Flambo AI judges → chart entry if AI score ≥7.0; archives after 4 weeks

Watch for

  • Submission does not equal chart placement — most approved projects sit in the Launchpad/archive without cracking the Top 100
  • Outbound links are followed per SubmitMap's check, but only if the listing goes live
  • Do not impersonate 'founder' if submitting as an agent — the form has an explicit honest option for automated submissions
  • $19 tier only buys discovery; the ranking formula (AI score + votes) is not purchasable per their own claims
  • Site is JS-rendered — use a real browser for the whole flow

What counts as live

The project has a public page on hot100.ai (Launchpad or archive); the strong signal is appearing in the weekly Top-100 chart rows with rank movement indicators
