Prepare before opening the form
- Product name, URL, description, category (one of ~80 listed categories) and business model (Free, Advertising, Affiliate/Commission, Transactional, Subscription-Based)
- Self-reported monthly revenue figure — displayed publicly on the listing (e.g. '$0/month self-reported revenue')
- Optional: updates/posts for the Build Board Beta voting surface
Workflow
- Create a free account at /sign-up
- Go to /products and click 'Add Your Product' (/products/new or /products/submit)
- Fill in product profile including category, business model, and revenue
- Publish; the product then appears in the Products Database filters and your profile
Watch for
- Revenue is self-reported and public — list a figure you are comfortable displaying
- The Products Database is a long-lived profile, not a launch event; the 'Build Board Beta' is a separate daily voting surface with 'Submit an Update'
- Browsing the full directory requires a free account — low-friction but account-walled
- IH+ subscription is an upsell for content/community features, not required to list

Product page at /product/<slug> exists and appears in the Products Database under its category/business-model filters

- Whether new products go through any manual approval
- Build Board submission mechanics (eligibility, cadence) beyond the visible 'Submit an Update' link
- Whether revenue figures can be kept private while still listing
