What the free route requires

  • Free launch requires the LaunchIgniter badge on your product homepage (compulsory verification; manual-confirmation fallback if Cloudflare blocks their checker)
  • Free launches pass manual review ('unique, high quality products' only) and the chosen launch date can move if free slots run out
  • Free tier gets a dofollow backlink only if it finishes top 3 of the launch week

Prepare before opening the form

  • Product details and a chosen launch week
  • LaunchIgniter badge embedded on your homepage (free route), plus a note of which page hosts it for manual confirmation if needed
  • Paid options: Basic $12 one-time (lifetime DR75 dofollow, guaranteed date, no review queue) or Pro $15 one-time (adds dofollow backlinks from StartupTrusted DR57 and SaaSGrow DR59)

Workflow

  1. Open /submit and pick Free, Basic, or Pro
  2. Submit product details and choose a launch week
  3. Free: complete badge verification (or tick manual confirmation) and wait for admin review
  4. Launch goes live 00:00 Monday UTC for 7 days of homepage visibility
  5. Top 3 by upvotes earn the Winner badge (and, for Free, the dofollow backlink)

Watch for

  • Free launch date is not guaranteed — it can shift if the week's free slots fill
  • One launch per product ever — no relaunches
  • Cloudflare/bot protection on your site can break automated badge verification; use the manual confirmation checkbox
  • Pricing page cross-promotes a paid 'Directory Submission' service from $99 — separate upsell, not needed to launch
  • Sidebar 'permanent featured spot' is another paid option

What counts as live

Product appears on the LaunchIgniter homepage for its 7-day window starting Monday 00:00 UTC with upvotes enabled; winners later appear under /weekly-winners

Not verified

  • Whether an account is required before /submit
  • Current free-queue wait length
  • Whether paid launches are also manually reviewed (page implies instant/no review queue)
