What the free route requires

  • Free to list but requires building a real OAuth-enabled integration app and passing Pipedrive's app approval process — not a listing-only directory

Requirements

  • A developer sandbox account (free signup) — required to see Developer Hub
  • A working app implementing OAuth 2.0 (client_id/client_secret come from Developer Hub)
  • Mandatory pre-defined installation and uninstallation flows must work
  • Full listing form in Developer Hub (seven tabs: basic info, OAuth scopes, listing content, support/legal info, etc.)
  • App must pass the Marketplace team's approval process; a reachable contact email is required for reviewer questions
  • Public apps get a public listing page visible to users and search crawlers

Prepare before opening the form

  • Working integration app with OAuth flow implemented
  • Developer sandbox account
  • Listing assets: app name, description, icons, category, support/legal info
  • Tested install and uninstall flows

Workflow

  1. Sign up for a developer sandbox account
  2. In the sandbox: Settings > (company name) Developer Hub
  3. Click 'Create an app' > 'Create public app'; fill the registration form
  4. Click 'Install & test' to verify the app in the sandbox
  5. Preview the listing page via the Preview button in Developer Hub
  6. Click 'Send to review'; answer reviewer questions via email
  7. On approval, the app is UNLISTED by default — click '...' next to the app name and 'Publish' to go live

Watch for

  • Approved does not mean live — you must manually hit Publish after approval
  • Private apps never reach the Marketplace (they install via unlisted link) — choose 'public app'
  • Reviewer questions go to the app's main contact email — monitor it
  • Onboarding-guide edits post-approval don't need re-review, but app changes may
  • Listing quality (grammar, technical correctness, working flows) is part of review criteria

What counts as live

The app has a public listing page at pipedrive.com/en/marketplace/app/<slug>/<id> visible without login

Not verified

  • Review turnaround time — not stated in public docs
  • Whether paid-via-Pipedrive billing is supported or listings always link out
