Workflow
- Sign up, open /projects/submit
- Choose Free or Premium and pick a launch date within the window
- Free listings wait in the standard queue for a daily 8:00 AM UTC slot
- During launch day, community voting decides top-3 ranking

- Premium is $9 per launch, not per product permanently
