- Closed-source SaaS products do not fit this directory
- Sponsorship slots exist separately ('Become a sponsor')
Prepare before opening the form
- Public GitHub repository URL (stars/license data is pulled automatically)
- Project name, description, and which paid SaaS product(s) it replaces
- Category pick (web analytics, CRM, billing, project management, etc.)
- Contact email (a [email protected] field is present on the form)

- Submit for review; the directory is 'curated and updated regularly'
Watch for
- Strict scope: open-source + self-hostable only — a proprietary SaaS submission will not fit
- The submit form is client-rendered — needs JS; field list could not be fully verified statically
- Listings are synced into a public GitHub awesome-list — your repo stats are republished there
