Open https://powerusers.ai/submit-ai-tool/ and fill the form (Name, Email, PayPal Email, Tool Name, Tool URL, optional details)
Submit — you are redirected to PayPal to pay $69
Editorial team reviews (up to ~48h), maps tool capabilities, and builds the listing
On approval you get a confirmation email with the listing link; request a content revision if needed

Payment is via PayPal redirect after form submit — a PayPal email field is required up front
NSFW submissions risk a decline (refunded) or a listing that never appears on the homepage
