Conditional free route directory

Researched from public pages — no submission was run · sources read 2026-09-25. Rules change — recheck the platform's own pages before submitting.

What the free route requires

  • Free plan requires embedding the SaaSCity badge on your site (verified during submission)
  • Free listings face a ~203-day review queue and publish on scheduled Monday drops

Requirements

  • SaaS/startup product suitable for a public listing
  • Human review applies to every listing; paid plans get priority review within 24h
  • A live site where the badge can be placed (free path only)

Prepare before opening the form

  • Product name, URL, tagline/description and logo
  • Badge HTML ready to embed on the site footer/homepage for the free path
  • A preferred spot in mind for the isometric city map placement (included on all plans once approved)

Workflow

  1. Open https://saascity.io/saascity?submit=1 (Submit my project / Add Project)
  2. Choose Free, Quick Pass ($19.99), Premium ($39.99) or Max ($99) — all one-time
  3. On Free: add the site badge and wait for verification during submission
  4. Join the queue (free) or get priority review within 24h (paid)
  5. After approval, pick the building's map placement

Watch for

  • ~203-day stated wait on the free queue — the paid Quick Pass exists specifically to skip it
  • Premium adds an editor-written launch blog post (3 dofollow links); Max adds a 2x2 map building, 5-link post, and 30-day billboard/ticker/homepage ads
  • Badge verification happens during submission on the free path
  • Site offers an MCP server for agents at /mcp and an llms.txt

What counts as live

The product's building is visible on the SaaSCity interactive map and its listing page on saascity.io resolves with a followed link.

Not verified

  • Exact submit-form fields (submission surface is a JS-rendered map app)
  • Whether an account is required before the submit flow
  • Actual vs stated queue time for free listings
