Requirements

Completely free and no login required
Unusual flow: do NOT go straight to /add-site - the official instructions say go to the homepage, type your website URL, and click Search
If the site is already in the system you are taken to its page; only if NOT found does the system offer the 'Add new website' details form
Prohibited content: adult, gambling, phishing, and 'any websites not suitable for kids'
A second route exists: suggest your site as a similar/related entry at the bottom of an existing site's page (e.g. under google.com); 'only approve if it's completely similar'

Go to https://www.sitelike.org/ and enter your website domain in the search bar
If the site is already defined you land on its page (nothing to do); if absent you are offered the 'Add new website' form
Click 'Check First' to validate the URL, then 'Submit' once verified
Fill URL, category, and short description; submit - 'our system will check & validate and approve immediately' per the official instructions
Optional: on a highly-similar existing site's page, use the form at the bottom to suggest yours as an alternative

The /add-site page is instructions, not the form itself - the actual add form is reached via the homepage search miss path
The /add-site URL returned 403 to automated fetch; the flow is browser-oriented
Listings are claimed to approve 'immediately' after automated validation - verify the page exists after submitting
Similar-site suggestions on existing pages are manually checked and approved only if 'completely similar' - don't spam unrelated sites

A dedicated public page for the domain exists on sitelike.org (reachable by searching the domain), with its description and link

Whether automated 'immediate' approval still applies or a manual queue has been added
Whether the outbound link on live pages is dofollow (a third-party guide claims dofollow)
Whether a site already auto-crawled into the system can still be claimed/enriched by the owner
