What the free route requires
- Standard free launch uses the standard queue; the badge and 'high authority backlink' are awarded only to Top-3 ranking products

- Vote-getting plan if relying on the free tier's Top-3 badge/backlink
Workflow
- Sign in and submit via 'Submit Product' (/dashboard/startups/new) — or drive it end-to-end via the JSON API documented at /agents
- Choose Standard (free) or Premium ($39/launch)
- Product enters a launch period and collects upvotes
- Top-3 finishers get badges; embedding the badge with a dofollow link to tinylaunch.com grants the high-authority backlink
- Premium guarantees the backlink and skips the queue
Watch for
- Circular link trade: the 'free' dofollow backlink only materializes if you rank Top 3 AND place a dofollow link to them — most free launches get neither
- Premium launches are 'frequently showcased between 3rd and 4th place' — paid placement inside the ranking area
- Upsells: AI Visibility Audit $9, Featured Spots $15–$30/week, done-for-you Submission Service $279 for ~110 directories
- The /agents page explicitly invites AI submissions via API — this is the intended agent path, not form scraping
