What the free route requires

  • A contact email for the confirmation step

Workflow

  1. Add the ToolPilot badge/logo to your site footer first (required before or alongside the free submission)
  2. Open https://www.toolpilot.ai/pages/submit-your-ai-tool and complete the form
  3. Include the URL of the page where your badge is placed, or email [email protected] to confirm the badge
  4. Wait for the ToolPilot team to review and create the listing

Watch for

  • The site is Shopify-based; the submit page shows a 'Pricing Table' heading whose contents did not render in fetched HTML — paid tiers/featured options exist but amounts are unverified
  • Badge should link 'to ToolPilot.ai, or directly to your page on our site' per brand guidelines
  • The badge verification is manual — you must tell them the URL or email them; forgetting this step stalls the free listing

What counts as live

A public product page at toolpilot.ai/products/<handle> appearing in collections such as 'New AI Tools' or a category listing

Not verified

  • Exact paid pricing tiers — the pricing table on the submit page did not render its content
  • Review timeline for free listings
