Founder-led product studio

Focused software. Built as a body of work.

A founder-led product studio for focused software, built around particular problems and maintained as a body of work.

Position on AI

I use AI as material, infrastructure, and a collaborator—but not as the identity of the work. The studio is about choosing useful problems, building the right product around them, and maintaining what earns its place.

Representative work

The thesis, made visible.

Four products show the range. The complete directory remains the honest inventory.

  1. 01

    CodeVetter

AI code review platform — desktop-first, works offline.

AI with rigor: useful model assistance without surrendering a local-first workflow.
  2. 02

    PostTrainLLM

A local factory for training, evaluating, and running specialist language models.

Deep technical practice turned into repeatable infrastructure for specialist models.
  3. 03

    High Signal

Evidence-backed daily intelligence across technology, startups, finance, and public markets.

Evidence is the product: scattered inputs become a source-backed daily decision surface.
  4. 04

    Anchor

A local-first day planner and focus timer for Mac, iPhone, and Apple Watch that explains the gap between the schedule you planned and the day you lived.

The studio is broader than AI: personal software can still be ambitious, local, and deeply considered.

The thesis

The studio has a point of view.

SaaS Maker turns narrow, persistent problems into products with clear boundaries, public evidence, and a reason to keep improving.

AI belongs inside the craft: in the capability, the research, and the way the work gets built. It should make a product more useful or make a difficult workflow possible; it is not a substitute for product judgment.

How work earns its place

Four operating principles.

  1. 01

    Problem before category

Work begins with a specific friction worth owning, not a fashionable market label or a feature looking for a product.

  2. 02

AI is material, not the pitch

Models are used where they create real leverage. The product still needs a reason to exist when the novelty disappears.

  3. 03

    Evidence over posture

Real destinations, source, changelogs, and honest operating boundaries carry more weight than invented scale or broad claims.

  4. 04

    Each product keeps its shape

The studio supplies standards and shared craft without flattening every product into one design, stack, or business model.

The boundary

A studio, not a mythology.

  • SaaS Maker is not presented as a large team or institution.
  • The complete directory is an accountable inventory, not a claim that every experiment is equally active.
  • Products keep their own identity, destination, support, and operational boundary.
  • What is public is deliberate and verifiable; what is private stays outside the story.
